  • Join us for the 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

    Join us at the Tunica RiverPark on March 30th from 11-1 for a hippity hoppity good time at the 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the River.

    The egg hunt begins at 11 followed by games with prizes and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. Photographs with Mr. E Bunny will also be available. Parents we haven’t forgotten about you. There will be drawings for museum passes and prizes from the museum gift shop. This is a free event for the whole family.

    Overlooking the Mississippi River, the Tunica RiverPark & Museum offers a variety of natural getaways, including hiking trails, riverboat cruises and breathtaking views of the river, as well as an interpretive museum showcasing the Delta’s illustrious past. The museum has recently added two children’s interactive exhibits.  The Tunica RiverPark is available for events and is open year-round to the public.



    Join us for the Bring Your Own Groom Show

    The Bring Your Own Groom Show and the Tunica RiverPark would like to invite you to join us on March 24th from 2-4pm for the hottest bridal show of the year. There will be food tastings by some of the Mid-South’s finest catering companies, game and prizes, and lots of vendors to help you plan the wedding of your dreams.

    While you are at the RiverPark be sure to venture onto the garden terrace to see an actual set-up for a garden wedding. Tour the museum to see what your guests can enjoy before and during your reception. You will see why the Tunica RiverPark is the perfect setting for your upcoming ceremony.

    Getting to the Tunica RiverPark couldn’t be easier.

    From the North: Take I-55 to I- 69 until you end at Highway 61 south. Turn right on Casino Center Blvd and drive 2.3 miles, then turn left on Casino Way. Turn right on Fitzgerald’s Boulevard, then left on RiverPark Drive.

    From the South:
    Highway 61 north to Highway 304 (Casino Strip Drive). Turn left and drive 1.8 miles, then turn right on Fitzgerald’s Boulevard, then left on RiverPark Drive.

    Family Fun Day Reopening Celebration

    After months of cleanup and repairs following the 2011 Mississippi River floods, the Tunica RiverPark & Museum is back!!! And it’s time to shout it from the rooftops.

    The RiverPark is a one-of-a-kind interactive, interpretive museum that showcases the life of the river and its history, featuring aquariums, ecotrails and riverboat cruises. During the hiatus our event space was reconfigured, pavilions with grills are being added to the grounds that can be rented for parties and family reunions and brand-new museum exhibits are in the works. Come see all the changes for yourself.

    You’re invited to celebrate the reopening with us at the Tunica RiverPark Family Fun Day on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 10 am – 5 pm. The day’s festivities will include live blues music, children’s activities, FREE admission to the RiverPark Museum, special Tunica Queen cruise schedule at a discounted rate, gift shop specials and more!

    Seeing the River Up Close with Travel Tunica!

    You may have come to Tunica a dozen times to our nine casinos, but if you’re looking for a way to experience the culture of the area and Mississippi River while you’re here, we have the answer.  Travel Tunica’s Chrissy, Lisa, and I boarded the Tunica Queen for a Tom Sawyer adventure.

    Feeling the cool breeze in our hair and warm sun on our faces while listening to the sounds of the Mississippi River is how we started our day walking out of the Tunica RiverPark museum toward the Tunica Queen.
